Perinatal Pelvic Health Service

We are the team to support antenatal and postnatal people in the black country with their pelvic health. We know that 2-3 women suffer with their pelvic floor, bladder or bowel following child birth. For many – they may be symptom free for many years but then later on in life – heading towards menopause – symptoms such as bladder incontinence or pelvic organic prolapse can become a real problem. In many cases these symptoms can be prevented with some basic advice and exercises before and after giving birth.

Our passion is the educate, raise awareness and give advice to prevent these kind of problems occurring or treating and reducing any existing problems.
